To Place a DataGroup Annotation Symbol Cell

Select the

Element Annotation tool from the ribbon.

Select the Start at option Leader Line

Note: Annotation symbol cell and leader line moves simultaneously if Leader line is set in Annotate tool setting.

Select the Start at option Text

Identify the DataGroup catalog instance for annotation, by selecting it.
Enter data point to place the annotation symbol to the desired location and enter a data point to place the cell .
Enter first data point to start placing Leader line.
Data points to continue Leader line placement.
Reset when done.
